We are so delighted that you have given a moment of your time to inquire about Family Baptist Church! Our hearts desire is to see the Lord magnified through our daily lives and through the ministries of our local church. We have a wonderful city full of people seeking something in their lives. Maybe they need the love of God in their heart that only comes through salvation; maybe the need is simply a special touch from God that will encourage their life to continue in His love.
Do you need one or the other of these? We would love to minister to you and your family. Located at 81 Franklin Road in Lebanon, Tennessee, we are a simple country church that continues to preach and teach from the King James Bible and sing from the old hymns of the faith. MISSION STATEMENT
What is our purpose for meeting in the church building?
· Exalt the Saviour—We want everything we do, from the singing to the sermon, to glorify our Lord Jesus.
· Expose the Sinner—If you do not know the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour, we desire to reveal God’s simple plan of salvation.
· Encourage the Saint—The world is full of troubles and trials. We pray that this church will be a place where you can be revived and restored.
· Experience the Spirit—Most people have never been in a church where Christ is truly in charge. We do not operate in plans or programs, but on the principle of the Holy Spirit leading us in all things.
· Expound the Scriptures—We long for a better understanding of the Word of God and it’s instructions for our lives.
